Several of our team, including our principal broker, are licensed in other provinces, giving us broader reach through our team and the national TMG The Mortgage Group network. We are brokers, not bankers, which means we work for you rather than for a lender. Most of that work happens around a transaction. The rest of it is being here in between, when a rate moves, a term comes up, or something changes and you want a straight answer.
We are built around a team-based brokerage model. Clients are supported by licensed mortgage brokers, commercial and private lending specialists, and administrative professionals who work together to move financing from conversation to execution.
